The present petition is filed challenging the transfer order dated 14.08.2017.

By an order dated 08.11.2017, the order of transfer, insofar as it relates to the petitioner, was kept in abeyance and the petitioner was allowed to continue at Mahasamund.

It is pointed out by Sharma that the petitioner has retired in the meantime.
