1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at this stage, he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a detailed representation before the respondent No.1 - Chhattisgarh Rajya Sahkari Vipnan Sangh Maryadit, Raipur, so that the petitioners may know their position.

2. Considering the prayer made, at this stage, the petitioners shall be at liberty to make a detailed representation before the respondent No.1 which may be decided, in accordance with law as early as possible. The petitioners shall also be at liberty to ventilate their grievances before proper forum, if so advised.
