The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 27.09.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.6375 of 2018.
The respondent has now entered appearance and has filed reply. Along with reply, the respondent has enclosed two documents Annexure R/1 and R/2, dated 17.07.2019 and 31.08.2019 respectively, whereby the respondent authorities, after due consideration of the claim, have rejected the representation of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid two documents filed by the respondent, this court is of the opinion that the order passed by this court has since been complied with. If at all if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent orders passed by the department, right of the petitioner is reserved for challenging the same in a fresh proceeding altogether. The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. The respondent is discharged of the contempt proceeding. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
