After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file an appeal before the State Government against the impugned order of the Collector as the order is non-speaking and without reasoning.

In view of the submission made, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to

withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy of filing appeal before the State Government within a period of 30 days from today. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order Annexure P-1 after retaining photocopy of the same.
