Order On Board 09/09/2015 Though the applicant has filed this application apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.53/2015, registered at police station - Amleshwar, District -Durg (CG) for commission of offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC, learned State counsel submits that in the entire case diary, there is no mention of the name of the applicant nor till date, any incriminating material has been collected so that it can be said that he is likely to be arrested. He submits that no offence has been registered against the applicant till date.
