Grievance of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the nonconsideration of his case for releasing of his pension, though he stands superannuated with effect from 30.6.2018.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent-Bank on advance copy, submits on instructions that the Petitioner's case for pension has not been processed for the reason that there is certain element of contribution which the Petitioner is required to deposit with the Respondent authorities on the basis of which the pension would had been processed and finalized. 3.

Today, during the course of arguments, learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the Petitioner as of now is willing to deposit his part of contribution enabling him to get the benefit of pension.

On this submission of the learned Counsel for Petitioner, the learned Counsel for Respondents submits that on the Petitioner's making requisite contribution that he is supposed to make, his pension proceedings would be processed at the earliest in accordance with the rules governing the filed.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for either side, the present Writ Petition at this juncture does not need any further adjudication and the same therefore is being disposed of directing the Petitioner to approach the Respondents and make the requisite contribution as is required enabling him to get his pensionary benefits. Upon the Petitioner's making the contribution, the Respondent authorities are expected to process the case of the Petitioner and finalize the pension papers within a period of 90 days from the date the Petitioner makes the entire contribution towards the pension scheme. In case the Petitioner is not aware of the amount to be deposited, he is directed to approach the Respondents No. 3 & 4 who would guide him to ascertain the exact amount that he has to contribute towards the pension scheme. 6.
