Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 3 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) has not considered the letter dated 29.03.2017 issued by respondent No. 2 - Collector, Bilaspur regarding payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount to the petitioner till this date.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue)/ Land Acquisition Officer, Kota District Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for payment of difference amount and rehabilitation amount expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
