Sam Koshy Order On Board 19/07/2018 The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that in spite of the petitioner being senior to respondent no.3, the respondents with malafide intention denying the petitioner's rightful claim has given charge of the division to respondent no.3 who is junior to the petitioner.

The petitioner in this regard has already made a representation i.e. Annexure P-3 to the authority concerned and subsequent reminder as well

which has been forwarded by the authority concerned to the higher authority but no decision has been taken on his representation till date. 3.

Be that as it may, let the petitioner make a fresh representation within a period of 2 weeks from today so far as his grievance is concerned before the respondent no.2 who in turn within a further period of 6 weeks shall consider and decide the same objectively keeping in view the government circular of giving charge to the senior most person in the department.
