This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.388/2014, registered at Police Station Basana, Distt. Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the instant bail application at this stage. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 3.

Prayer is just and reasonable, therefore, permission is granted. 4.
