Learned counsel for the petitioner, reserving his right to challenge the demand raised, at present submits that the representation i.e. Annexure P-3 which has been made by the petitioner that he is not liable to pay the charges which has been levied may be decided. He further submits that he may be given liberty to make a fresh representation so as to convince the authorities about the levy of the charges, which has been directed to be paid.

In view of the submission made, without any observation on merit, with the liberty as aforesaid, it is directed that if the petitioner makes a fresh
representation within a period of 30 days, the same shall be decided by the authorities concerned within a further period of 45 days. This Court has not made any opinion on the merits of this case.
