1. This is third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2019 passed in MCRC No. 1079 of 2019 considering prima facie case against him and his second bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.02.2020 passed in MCRC No. 1320 of 2020 considering prima facie case against him

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this bail petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case within stipulated time.
