ORDER
08.10.2020 Heard.
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only the limited grievance of the petitioner is that the salary of the petitioner for April, 2016 along with medical reimbursement bill has not been considered by the respondent No.3, Block Officer Katekalyan. He further submits that in this regard the communication though was made by the respondent No.2, District Education Officer by letter dated 09.04.2019 (Annexure P-3) wherein the respondent No.3 was directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within 7 days, but till date neither the claim has been decided nor any amount has been disbursed. Therefore, under the circumstances, the
-2petitioner prays that the respondent No.3 be directed to decide the claim of the petitioner for salary of 2016 along with the medical bill within a stipulated period.
2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and after perusal of the letter written by the District Education Officer to the respondent No.3 dated 09.04.2019, which purports that the claim of the petitioner was directed to be decided within 7 days. Since it appears that the same has not been decided, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
