2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition to him for promotion for the next higher post.

3. The petitioner is a constable and posted at Police Station, Kondagaon.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will move fresh representation before respondent No. 3 and the instant petition may be disposed off directing respondent No. 3 that he shall

dispose off such representation within stipulated time.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No. 3 within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and respondent No.3, shall decide such representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and procedure.
