The petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed for correction/ modification in the cause title of MCrC No.3858 of 2018 wherein bail has been granted to present applicant vide order dated 28.6.2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the charge sheet (Annexure-A/1) name of the present applicant is mentioned Kuleshwar Bharti @ Bauna Bharti, S/o. Raju Bharti, age 22 years, whereas in the bail order dated 28.6.2018, it is mentioned Bauna Alias Puneshwar, S/o Shri Shashi Bharti, aged about 20 years. It is further submitted that due to this contradiction, despite order dated 28.6.2018 passed by this Court, the applicant could not be released on bail. Therefore, she prays for necessary modification in the above mentioned order.

Learned counsel for the State after verification of the record has no objection.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the charge sheet.

Considering the fact that the name of applicant No.5 is mentioned as Kuleshwar Bharti @ Bauna Bharti, S/o. Raju Bharti, age 22 years, it is ordered that in the Order dated 28.6.2018 passed by this Court in MCrC No.3858/2018 name of the applicant No.5 be read as "Kuleshwar Bharti @ Bauna Bharti, S/o. Raju Bharti, age 22 years" in place of Bauna Alias Punishwar, S/o Shri Shashi Bharti, aged about 20 years.

With the above modification, the petition stands disposed of.
