At the outset, counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already filed appeal against his conviction bearing Cr. A. No.457/2012 and therefore this appeal may be dismissed being redundant. However, he prays that liberty may be given to him to file his memo in Cr. A. No.457/2012.
