This is an application for restoration of WPS No.1967 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court order dated 26.4.2017.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPS No.1967 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, however, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week. 4.
