Heard on I.A.No.01/2015 for condonation of delay as the same has been filed after 18 days of its limitation.

On due consideration, I.A.No.01/2015 is allowed. Delay in filing the revision is hereby condoned.

By this criminal revision, the applicant assails the order dated 1.5.2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Rajnandgaon, in C.I.S. No.89/2014, whereby the Family Court has granted interim maintenance of Rs.500/- per month to the non-applicant.

The Family Court has only granted Rs.500/- per month as an interim maintenance. I do not find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference of this Court under its revisional jurisdiction. 6.

Consequently, the revision being without substance is liable to and is

accordingly dismissed.
