Petitioner's application for compassionate appointment on account of death of his father Om Shankar Singh is pending consideration before the respondent No.4. In course of consideration of his application, there is some discrepancy as to the name of petitioner's mother, for which he was informed to submit a letter of consent from his mother mentioning that she is
one of the dependent of the deceased Om Shankar Sigh. Instead of satisfying the authority, the petitioner has rushed to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint him on compassionate ground.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the paper, it would appear that the competent authority is yet to decide the matter finally. Let the petitioner file necessary documents like NOC and letter of dependency signed by his sisters and mother clearly mentioning therein that Kanti Bai and Munni Devi is one and the same person. Petitioner may file other relevant documents, if he so desires or the authority needs any other documents.

Let the petitioner submit the documents within one month and thereafter the competent authority shall decide the petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment within 3 months thereafter.
