1. Petitioner's price shop has been suspended, against which, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that inquiry is going on before the Sub Divisional Officer (R), Durg and the petitioner is continuing her fair price shop by virtue of order of this Court dated 29.4.2016.

3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel would submit that inquiry will be concluded within one month.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer (R), Durg to conclude the inquiry within a period of one month from today and till then, interim

order granted on 29.4.2016 shall continue. No order as to cost(s).
