This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 06-09-2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.4280 of 2017. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the spirit of the order passed by this Court was that once the State Government sanctioned two posts of Assistant Revenue Inspector, the authority may immediately reinstate the petitioner. 4.

I am afraid, after going through the order passed by this Court that the aforesaid direction is not issued. The only direction issued by this Court to the respondent No.2Director was to take appropriate decision on communication dated 31-08-2017 within the stipulated period. The Director has taken certain decision and orders have been passed. Even if there is any allegation that the order passed by the Director is not complied with, no case of contempt is made out. In this situation, the petitioner has

cause of action for seeking appropriate relief by filing separately constituted petition. 5.
