Learned counsel for the appellant makes a limited prayer that the petition be disposed off with direction to the Court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off with this direction to the Court below that the trial in the complaint case registered as Complaint Case No.216/2017 filed by the petitioner be expedited and completed preferably within a period of one year from the date this order is communicated to the said Court.
