The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 & 3, so far as the claim for grant of pension is concerned.

The petitioner in the present writ petition stood retired from the services of the respondent No.2 on 30.09.2020, though almost about one year has lapsed, the petitioner has till date not been released of the pensionary benefits.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3 to

-2immediately process the claim for pension in accordance with the Pension Rules governing the field. That if the petitioner is entitled for the same, the pensionary benefits should be released to the petitioner including arrears from the date of retirement till now within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
