This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.336/2014, registered at Police StationKhursipar, District-Durg (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506-B, 324 and 307/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after disposal of criminal case relating to offence under Section 307 of the IPC. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
