1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the issue is with regard to the promotion of petitioner, which is to be granted from retrospective date from 15.02.2018 under Rule 6(16) of the Chhattisgarh Public Service (Promotion) Rules, 2003. He further submits that at this juncture since the petitioner has made a representation by Annexure P-14 dated 18.11.2019 & 01.07.2020, the same may be directed to be decided.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 & 3, on instructions, would submit that they are ready to consider the representation of the petitioner as per the existing rules on its own merit.
3. Taking into such submission of the parties, it is directed that the respondent No.2 & 3 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
