After a valiant effort made in the writ petition throwing challenge to the vires of the terms and conditions of execution of bond for grant of admission in PG Course, now the argument is focused on disposal of the representation of the present petitioner, which is Annexure-P/12 dated 03.10.2017 addressed to the Principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Chhattisgarh, Raipur.
