Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 27/01/2017 Referring to the averments made in the reply as well as in the documents annexed thereto, learned counsel for respondents submits that the order passed by this Court on 07-12-2011, was communicated very late to the respondents and thereafter, representation has been decided by the competent authority. It is also submitted that this Court while disposing off the writ petition on 07-12-2011 made it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
