(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the respondent -Madhya Pradesh Road Transport Corporation to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 22.01.2016 passed in W.P. (S) No. 242/2016.

(3) Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the respondent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 22.01.2016 in its letter and spirit.
