Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 29.09.2020

1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification of the order dated 03.09.2020 passed in CRMP No. 1037/2020 on the ground that the petitioner is a resident of State of Odisha and is not able to arrange local surety in the State of Chhattisgarh.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is permanent resident of State of Odisha, she is unable to furnish local surety and in place of local surety some fine amount may be imposed or solvent surety may kindly be ordered.

3. This Court while deciding CRMP No. 1037/2020 has considered all the aspects of the matter and looking to the nature of the offence committed by the applicant, rightly passed the order and imposed the conditions.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, no

case is made out for modification of the order passed in CRMP No. 1037/2020.
