Learned counsel for respondent No.5, however, disputes the position and submits that the respondents have not redressed the grievance of the petitioner nor have passed any resolution.

Be that as it may, at this stage, when the petitioner does not wish to press this petition, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, reserving liberty to revive the petition, in case, petitioner ultimately does not find her grievance redressed.
