The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondent authorities to release his salary from 29.01.2018 to April, 2018 forthwith
with interest @ 12 % per annum from the date of entitlement till its realization.

The petitioner is working as Chief Executive Officer and posted at District Co-operative Central Bank, Durg.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.3 to decide his pending representation dated 19.02.2018 (Annexure P-8) within stipulated time.

I have heard counsel for the petitioner.

Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.3 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2018 (Annexure-8) expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
