1. The Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Pratappur has informed to the General Manager, SECL, Bhatgaon Area that till the complaint filed by respondent No.5 is decided, amount of compensation be not disbursed to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite acquisition of petitioner's land, compensation is not paid to him.
3. Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Surguja is directed to consider and decide the complaint filed by respondent No.5 within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter depending upon that order, the SECL is to proceed further.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
