1. The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 141/2020, registered at Police Station -Pachpedi, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 452, 294, 506 IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, seeks to withdraw this application by submitting that the applicant is willing to surrender and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He would submit that the Court below may be directed to decide the application for grant of regular bail on the same day.

-23. Considering the submission made, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
