Considering the fact that a similar writ petition was already disposed of by this Court in identical set of facts on 06.08.2021 in WPS No. 4050/2021, the present writ petition also is being disposed at admission stage.

The petitioner makes a request seeking permission to represent before the respondents authorities for ventilating his grievances for grant of proper seniority to the petitioner from the initial date of promotion as an Assistant Engineer keeping in view the judgment rendered by the Madhya Pradesh High Court in a bunch of writ petitions of similar nature, the leading of which being WPS No. 10339/2011 and for grant of benefits at par with what has been granted to those petitioners in the Madhya Pradesh. 3.

To the limited relief sought for, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to 6 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioners for grant of seniority on the post of Assistant Engineer and the consequential reliefs for further promotion in terms of the order passed by the Madhya Pradesh High Court in an identical set of bunch of writ petitions decided in respect of

counter parts of petitioner working in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the M.P. Power Holding Company.

In addition, the petitioners are also permitted to make fresh representation supported with all relevant records or documents. 5.

Respondent authority i.e. respondent no.2 to 6 are expected to take a decision on the representation of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
