The applicants are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.155/15 registered at police station Janjgir-Champa, CG for alleged commission of offence under Section 4, 6 and 11 of the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004.

Prosecution case is that the applicants and other accused were found taking large number agriculture cattle towards slaughter house. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are falsely implicated. It is submitted that the applicants are poor villagers and they were only asked to take agriculture cattle to another destination by its' owner and the applicants were bondafide taking cattle without knowing that the cattle were ultimately taken to the slaughter house.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that when large number of cattle were found, the applicants were also present at the spot and those cattle were being taken to the slaughter house for being slaughtered. 5.

In view of above, no case of anticipatory bail is made out. The application is therefore rejected.
