Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar petitions filed by large number of petitioners seeking leave as prayed for by the petitioner is present case, order has been passed on 18.07.2016 disposing off those cases in view of the submission made by learned State counsel that in exercise under Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (henceforth 'the Act, 2013'), State Level Authority has been constituted, selection has been made and that the process for appointment of Presiding Officer is underway and is likely to be completed very soon.

In view of the aforesaid order already passed in similar cases, this petition is also disposed off with a direction to refer to the authority as required under Sections 64 and 65 of the Act, 2013 within a period of 6 weeks from today. After reference, the authority shall consider and decide the matter in accordance with law. 3.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
