This is petition for review of order dated 05.12.2012 passed by the Division Bench in Civil Rivision No.2437/2000. 6.

On due consideration, we do not find any scope for review of order dated 05.12.2012.

Consequently, the review petition is liable to be dismissed and is hereby dismissed. No order as to costs.
