1. The limited grievance raised by the petitioner through the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not issuing the order of promotion of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector from the post of Peon.
2. According to the petitioner the department where the petitioner is discharging his duties have already found him suitable and has also been recommended for promotion and his name also has been recommended by the PIC of Nagar Palika Parishad, Janjgir Naila dated 18.05.2018, however, there has been no further progress.
3. Given the limited disputed that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and take appropriate decision on the
-2claim of the petitioner for promotion from the post of Peon to the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector. Let a decision be taken in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
