1. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents was granted time to file reply clearly stating whether the case of the petitioner could be disposed off in terms of order dated 7.12.2015 passed in the case of Arun Meshram Vs. Chhattisgarh State Warehousing Corporation & Ors ( WPS No.4572 of 2014). However, learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to place clear instructions.

2. After going through the petition, I find that the petitioner claims regularization in service on the basis that he is continuing in service since 1993 without any break in service.

3. In the case of similarly situated daily wage employee of the respondent

-2Corporation, this Court had earlier passed an order dated 7.12.2015 directing consideration of case for regularization in view of Govt. circular dated 5.3.2008.
