1. The only grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is that he has been denied the salary for the month of February, 2019. He submits that he has worked during the said period and he has also received the salary for the previous period as also for the subsequent period.
2. Given the said facts, let the claim of the petitioner so far as release of salary for the month of February, 2019 be decided by the respondents
-2No.2 & 5 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
3. It is made clear that in case if the petitioner is not entitled for the salary on account of certain deductions, which are to be made, the petitioner be suitably intimated.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
