1. Mr. Pawan Shrivastava, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and seeks liberty to file criminal appeal in terms of Section 14-A of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. He also submits that a direction be issued to the Registry to return back certified copy of the impugned order.

2. As prayed by learned counsel for the applicant, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

3. Registry is directed to return certified copy of the impugned order keeping photocopy of the same in record.
