(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 140/15 registered at Police Station Baloda, Distt. JanjgirChampa for the offences punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of Indian Penal Code.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which applicant is said to have stolen

household articles in the intervening night of 10/11-07-2015 from the house of complainant Aktilal Aadile and consequent recovery from him, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
