This present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. praying to recall the order of this Court dated 12.04.2021 passed in Criminal Revision No. 948 of 2018.

This Court has heard and disposed of the criminal revision petition mentioned herein above by the impugned order dated 12.04.2021. As there is an express bar under Section 362 of the Cr.P.C. by which a

Court exercising criminal jurisdiction is not empowered to alter or review the judgment or order passed by it, therefore, on that basis the present petition is not maintainable. Hence, the petition is disposed of.
