(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.350/2014 registered at Police Station Chakarbhata, District Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (Part-2), 308, 120-B, 420, 270, 276/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 03.02.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 260/2015

& M.Cr.C. No.261/2015 and second bail application was entertained after filing of charge-sheet and dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 27.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1239/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.1241/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this third bail application, therefore, the third bail application is rejected at admission stage without notice to other side. Certified copy as per rules.
