1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Petitioner's application for grant of parole has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Mahasamund vide impugned order dated 04/09/2020 (Annexure P/1) as the petitioner failed to furnish two local sureties and there were adverse reports as well.
3. Mr. Sunil Otwani, learned Additional A.G. would submit that the petitioner be permitted to furnish two sureties afresh, in order that he may be released on parole.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. In view of the submission made by learned State Counsel, on the condition of furnishing two sureties afresh, the petitioner will be released on parole in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
7. A copy of this order be sent to the District Magistrate, Mahasamund by e-mail/fax for needful and compliance.
