Having gone through the application for restoration and other facts, which has been stated in the affidavit, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out for non-appearance of the counsel when the case was called on for hearing on 28/07/2016.

Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. The order of dismissal dated 28/07/2016 is hereby recalled and the WPS No.6356/2014 is restored to its original number.
