1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.54/2015 {Criminal Case No.7664/2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur}, registered at Police Station Pandri, Raipur, Distt. Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 120B of the IPC, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Mr. Syed Imtiaz Ali, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

3. Mr. Anil S. Pandey, learned State counsel, points out that the applicant and other co-accused have robbed Rs.12,77,000/- from complainant Suryanarayana Murthy on 26-2-2015 at 1.45 p.m., and recovery has been made from co-accused Sukradhan Pandey and Ganesh Dwivedi.

4. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, facts and circumstances of the case and material available, I do not consider it a fit case for grant bail to the applicant. Consequently, the bail application is rejected.
