1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred the second bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.237/2020, registered at Police Station Kawardha, District- Kabirdham (C.G.), for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits by detailed order on 15-01-2021 in MCRCA No.1564 of 2020 and other connected matters.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time, I do not consider present to be a fit case for taking any different view of the matter. The applicant being Assistant Manager of H.D.F.C Bank was involved in the entire fraudulent operation while processing the loan papers on the basis of forged revenue documents.

5. Accordingly, the present MCRCA is dismissed. However, if the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the jurisdictional Court on its own merits expeditiously.
