1. The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order dated 21.02.2014 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Pendra, Bilaspur to Kudmura (Korba). However, according to the Petitioner, the Petitioner has already been transferred from Pendra to Akaltara by a separate order and by virtue of interim order passed in his favour on 07.03.2014 he continues at the said place of posting i.e. at Akaltara.
2. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that they shall not insist upon
the compliance of the impugned order any further, however may have the liberty to pass a fresh transfer order in case the need so warrants.
