The appeal has already been admitted for hearing. Let it be registered as an Acquittal Appeal.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the State and consider it appropriate to issue notice not only to the Respondent but also the prosecutrix herself, PW-1 and her father Shivnarayan, PW-2 and mother Manmati, PW-3. Notice shall go both by registered and ordinary process.

Requisites for notice by registered and ordinary process to be filed within two weeks.

The notice by ordinary process shall be served on the Respondent by the Superintendent of Police, Ramanujganj through the Station House Office, P.S. Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj in Crime No.33/2012 dated 30.10.12 registered under Section 376 IPC culminating in Sessions Trial No.157/2013 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, District Balrampur, Ramanujganj on 6.6.2015. Copy of the order along with format of service by ordinary process be emailed also to the Superintendent of Police for early compliance and report to be submitted within four weeks.

List after four weeks.
