1. The present review petition has been filed seeking review of order dated 03.11.2017 passed by this court in MAC No.1142 of 2010.

2. The solitary ground for review is that the income assessed by this court is not proper as while assessing the income, the income tax return for the year, 2007-08 has not been considered by this court.

3. This court is of the opinion that the said ground raised by the petitioner is not permissible ground seeking review of the order. The income tax returns were already on record and this court after considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case have passed the order. The review petition, as per law, is only permissible in case of any error apparent on the face of records. This court does not find the ground raised to be an error apparent on the face of record.
